Secretary - Juan Lauchu
Juan Lauchu is the Secretary of the Detroit Desmo Club board. He currently rides a 2018 Multistrada Pikes Peak.
Since his teenage year, Juan has always wanted to ride. Ducati has been a favorite company and a goal for Juan as he has learned about the great sport and past time of riding. He's dreamed of owning a Ducati, recognizing an opportunity; Juan worked with Charlie Knoll at Ducati Detroit to get an outstanding bike for his needs and style. His drive to learn more about the world of Ducati prompted his immediate desire to be involved with the DDOC.
Juan recently changed careers from a public high school science teacher, which he enjoyed for 25 years. Juan lives with his wife and daughter in Saline, Michigan. In addition to riding, Juan enjoys physical fitness, outdoor activities, travel and woodworking. Juan is looking forward to expanding more Ducati riders in the Washtenaw County area. He is also a member of the Michigan Sport Touring Riders (MSTR). Juan has only been riding consistently since 2018. His previous bike was a 2018 Triumph Bonneville T120 Black.
